How To Get Rid Of Acne Marks

Most people prefer natural remedies for acne marks removal because they are inexpensive and do not have any adverse side effect on the skin. In fact, most of these ingredients can improve the overall skin condition. Since various skin types may have special needs with regards to treatment, consider using the following:

1. Mash a very ripe banana and apply to the skin. Leave on about two minutes and rinse off with warm water followed by cold.

Make a paste of sandalwood powder and rose water and apply it over the acne scars at night before going to bed. Let the paste stay on the marks overnight and wash off in the morning. 5. Oatmeal can also be used to sooth irritated, dry skin. Mix as above and allow to cool. Apply the mask cold to the skin and gently rinse off with warm water. Do not rub or scrub, simply rinse off.

6. For a very nourishing treatment, mix one egg yolk, one tsp of olive oil and one teaspoon of honey. Allow to stay on the skin for several minutes and then rinse off. Pat dry.

7. Vitamin B5 (Panthothenic Acid) reduces stress. Because stress is one of the major contributors to acne, Vitamin B5 can minimize breakouts.

8. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) keeps your skin, nails and hair healthy. Acne is one of the main symptoms of a riboflavin deficiency.

9. Start curing your acne by reducing your stress levels and avoiding the use of too much makeup. Abnormal stress levels can decrease your body's ability to naturally fight off bacteria. Meanwhile, makeup and sunscreens can clog your pores and infect your skin further.
